Our Philosophy: Personal Training For Your Skin
We’re not believers in treatment menus. No two people have the same skin, or skin issues. Everything we do at Mortar & Milk is bespoke – we take you on a skin journey for your skin and your needs. We don’t like to treat the skin without a consultation. This includes in-depth photos with a specialised camera, and lifestyle analysis. We can’t help until we know what is happening underneath the surface. This takes about and hour and we prefer that a treatment and consultation are booked on the same day. These photos help us track your skins journey. We will also recommend a range of skin care products that we think will help best with your skin concerns
Consultation with Bespoke Skin Treatment – £500 2 hrs
In order to effectively address skin issues, we require that the “Consultation with Treatment” is your first port of call. This is THE treatment that our clients love most and what is unique about Mortar & Milk. You will learn about your skin on a deeper level, and we will work toward creating the change your skin needs. (Consultation is only needed for the first treatment)
Online Consultation – £200 1 hr
The online consultation is a great way to get started on your skin health journey. It includes a deep dive into your previous skin journey, your medical health and lifestyle. We assess it all like a puzzle. The online consultation includes follow up emails with Pam so she can guide you on this journey. Please contact us at info@mortarandmilk.com to book.
Bespoke Skin Treatment – £300 1 hr
Every treatment we do is completely bespoke. We will assess the skin in order to create a treatment that is just for you. We use AHA’s and PHA’s in order to induce collagen and elastin production. Our treatments are effective and have long-term results. Our therapists will discuss your treatment with you at the beginning of the appointment. There is usually no down-time.
Retinol Peel – £325 1hr NEW
The Retinol Peel is an effective way to reduce fine lines and wrinkles by building collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid in the skin. It’ll also reduce pigmentation and undo some of the damage left behind as a result of acne and/or sun exposure. This is the treatment we’d recommend for anyone concerned about the signs of premature ageing – though be warned that in the week following the treatment, your skin will peel. Please note that Pam will never perform this peel on anyone with skin which couldn’t tolerate it so if you book in and aren’t suitable, Pam will treat your skin, but won’t apply this peel. It is suitable for all skin ages and tones and all skin conditions bar rosacea and eczema.
Bespoke Facial with Byonik Treatment – £350 2 hrs
The Mortar & Milk Bespoke Facial includes a light, rejuvenating AHA acid peel, followed by a Byonik treatment. Byonik is synchronised to your heartbeat to release energy into the skin and activate skin cells that have been weakened due to ageing. The Byonik method improves elasticity, volume, contours become more defined and the skin receives intense hydration. A non-invasive treatment with highly effective results. Bespoke facial with microneedling – £350 1 hr 30 mins
This is no ordinary red carpet treatment. Both clinical (read: long-lasting results) and natural, we use the skins natural healing response, infusing hyaluronic acid and succinic acid, through mesotherapy to build collagen and elastin. Followed up with LED light therapy, and pure hydration of our WOW hyaluronic mask. This treatment is the perfect pre-party boost, leaving skin looking refreshed and radiant for days.
Microneedling with Byonik Treatment – £400 1 hr 45 mins
The Creme-de-la-creme of Mortar & Milk Treatments. You start with a bespoke AHA peel, followed by a session of micro needling. Microneedling is used to improve the appearance of scarring, including acne scarring, sun damage and fine lines and wrinkles. A hyaluronic solution is then added to the skin for maximum hydration and absorption. This is followed by a Byonik Treatment for improved elasticity, volume, intense hydration and sculpting of the facial contours. A wonderfully thorough pre-event treatment.
Bespoke facial with mesotherapy – £275 1 hr 30 mins
Formula X treatment involves redermalization and LED light therapy. Redermalization is a hydration targeted treatment using mesotherapy and hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is known for its water-binding properties which address dehydrated and lacklustre skin. This treatment blocks free radicals, using succinic acid to lift the skin, and diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Ending with a session of LED light therapy”, it’s a great pre-wedding or special event treatment.
Non-Surgical Blemish Removal – £200 30 mins
Milia only – £75 (under 10, over 10 – £100)
Non surgical blemish removal is a procedure which involves the removal or the following: Capillaries, Spider Naevi, Skin Tags, Blood Spots, Seborrhoeic Keratosis, Milia and Sebaceous Hyperplasia.

Alternatively you can book using our online booking widget above. We take a 50% deposit to secure a booking. This is refundable up to 72 hours before your appointment.
How to find us
Our address is 5 Hoxton Square, London, NI 6NU which is a quick ten minute walk from Old Street (northern line) and a twenty minute walk from Liverpool Street (central line, circle line, hammersmith & city line).

Our team would be delighted to help you design the perfect programme for someone as a gift. Alternatively, call us on +44 (0)20 7729 0200 and we can send a gift voucher to an address desired. Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please also bring the gift voucher with you to your appointment.
Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel, however as we get so booked up, please give at least 72 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. We cannot refund any deposit if cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of an appointment.
Accessibility
Unfortunately we do not have disabled access to the treatment rooms.
Health conditions
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation. We also ask that if you have had a contagious illness such as a cold within the last 48 hours then please call to reschedule your appointment.
Sunburn & Cold Sores
If you are sunburnt or have a cold sore we will not be able to treat your skin, so please call to reschedule your appointment.
Pregnancy
We tailor our facials for expectant women or nursing mothers.
Children
For treatments, children aged between 14-16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Young adults, aged 16-18 years must have written consent from a guardian.

Our Technology
EDS Regenerate Dermaroller: The EDS Regenerate treatment is an electronic, micro-skin needling procedure that stimulates your skin so that it will regenerate and repair itself naturally, resulting in smoother, brighter, younger and healthier looking skin. It can be used as a key treatment in rejuvenating skin with the following conditions: Acne scars – Photo-damaged and ageing skin – Facial and décolleté lines and wrinkles – Stretch marks
Sterex Short Wave Diathermy: Short Wave Diathermy (High Frequency A/C) treats unwanted skin blemishes, such as warts, skin tags, moles and other benign growths, as well as thread veins and vascular conditions with no mark left on the skin.
Observe 520: The Observ assists allows us to accurately diagnose skin conditions beneath the skin surface. This enables us to store, track and compare each clients skin journey over time. It also allows us to offer targeted advice on treatment objectives and product prescriptions. It effectively allows us to track each clients progress.
What Makes Us Unique
The way we approach each and every client is what ultimately defines who we are and why we are different. No two people have the same skin type or skin issues, and therefore there is no reason to have a menu of sorts, although we do get why we need to have one. We’ve created our menu based on the procedures we offer, but everyone must come see our clinical aesthetician first.
A first time, one hour-long consultation must happen where we delve into medical history, lifestyle, food, etc. Each client then has their pictures taken on our Observ 520 camera. We discuss the results, and base the treatments on our conversation and the results of the photos. Every single client has a treatment that is completely bespoke to them.
Our treatments times can be on the long side, but they are incredibly informative, educational and effective. We are completely results driven. That camera is in the treatment room for a purpose…to make sure we are giving positive results. Your first appointment will always be at least two hours. We promise to make it fun and effective, at the same time.
